Brief bio Blessing Muvuti has over 18 years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and management, consulting, training, project management, and systems design and analysis. He has extensive expertise in managing large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations, billing systems, and project management solutions. His work spans both government and private institutions, electric utilities, and end users in emerging markets, including Sub-Saharan Africa and Central Asia.
Blessing has led multiple ERP system projects, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and optimization. Notably, he spearheaded the successful implementation of an ERP system for the national electricity utility in Afghanistan under a USAID-funded program, ensuring streamlined operations and improved financial and asset management. He has also played a key role in defining business processes, identifying system gaps, and integrating ERP solutions with other enterprise applications.
Additionally, he was instrumental in designing and implementing a power transaction tracking tool currently used by Power Africa, a U.S. government-led partnership. His expertise extends to developing and deploying mobile applications, project management platforms, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) systems to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Blessing holds a Master of Management with the University of the Witwatersrand and holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management from the same university. He is a Certified Project Manager and Certified Trainer, with a strong track record of leading projects and training professionals in over 10 African countries, Afghanistan, and the United States on ERP systems, M&E frameworks, and project management methodologies.
